Terms of Service
These terms summarize the expected use of the DriversCircle™ website and app experience. For the company-hosted canonical version, review the official terms page linked below.

Using DriversCircle™
- DriversCircle™ is intended to help users discover, join, and host automotive events and related community activity.
- By using the website or app, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in a way that respects other participants.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, RSVPing, or hosting.
User roles (Attendee, Host, Vendor, Sponsor)
- The app may ask you to choose a primary role at sign-in. Your role helps tailor screens and features. The same account may participate in the platform in more than one capacity over time (for example, an Attendee who later hosts an event).
- Attendee (shown in the app as “Enthusiast” in places): you discover events, RSVP, purchase tickets where offered, join crews, track mileage and garage features where available, and may participate in host-run Promotional Giveaways when you meet the eligibility shown for that event.
- Host: you create and manage events, set entry and ticketing options, manage vendor and sponsor features where your subscription allows, and may configure and run Promotional Giveaways for your events. You are responsible for accurate event information, on-site conduct expectations you communicate to participants, and compliance with applicable laws for your activities.
- Vendor: you may apply for vendor spots, communicate with hosts, and fulfill obligations agreed with the event host. Vendor availability and pricing are set per event and host.
- Sponsor: you may participate in sponsor programs offered on events (for example tiers, sponsored entry slots, or premium placement) as presented in the product. Sponsor terms for a specific event are between you and the host unless otherwise stated in the app.
- Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between DriversCircle™ and hosts, vendors, or sponsors; those parties remain independent and responsible for their own obligations to attendees and to each other.
Accounts, Crews, and Tickets
- Certain functionality may require an account, profile data, and event participation details.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
- Ticketing, entry rules, host policies, and attendance limits may vary by event.
Event Participation and Conduct
- You are responsible for your conduct at any event you attend or host through the platform.
- DriversCircle™ may remove content, cancel access, or restrict accounts that misuse the product, harass others, or violate applicable law.
- Hosts and attendees remain responsible for local rules, venue compliance, and safe behavior.
Promotional Giveaways
- In the product, host-run prize drawings are labeled Promotional Giveaways. DriversCircle™ provides tools for hosts to configure and run these giveaways; the host sets eligibility, prizes, schedule, and any on-site rules.
- Each Promotional Giveaway may limit who can enter. A host may allow only spectators, only vehicles registered for the event, or both, as shown in the app. You must participate in the event (for example RSVP or register a vehicle) in a way that matches the eligibility shown for that giveaway.
- When you qualify, you may receive an initial entry as described on the event screen. Additional entries may be available when you spend in-app fuel credits (fuel / mileage points) as shown in the app; amounts and limits are set per event.
- Prize lists, descriptions, sponsors, and estimated values are provided by the host or sponsor and may change before the draw based on sponsor availability or event conditions.
- Winners are selected according to the host’s process. You may need to be present at the event to claim a prize, or complete steps in the app (for example redeeming a prize with a QR code). If you do not claim a prize when required, it may be forfeited or offered to another entrant.
- Separate promotions that use fuel credits outside of a single event (for example, tiered or premium drawings) display their own entry costs and rules in the product.
- To the extent permitted by law, DriversCircle™ does not provide prizes directly for host-run Promotional Giveaways; questions about a specific prize are between you and the host or sponsor. These giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
- The official rules for each Promotional Giveaway are available in the app on the corresponding event screen and at driverscircleusa.com/giveaway-rules at all times. By entering any Promotional Giveaway you agree to those rules.
- Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their subsidiaries and affiliates are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for conducting or administering, any Promotional Giveaway offered through DriversCircle™. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding a Promotional Giveaway should be directed to the host or to DriversCircle™ at support@driverscircleusa.com, not to Apple or Google.
Content and Media
- You retain ownership of media and content you submit, subject to any rights needed to operate and promote the service.
- You should only upload content you have permission to share.
- DriversCircle™ branding, interface, and product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Availability and Liability
- The service may evolve over time, and features may change, pause, or be removed.
- DriversCircle™ is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
