- The role you select in the app (for example Attendee, Host, Vendor, or Sponsor) and related profile or application data needed for that experience—such as host event listings, vendor applications or booth details, and sponsor participation records when you use those features.
- Location data used to help surface nearby meets and support location-aware event experiences.
- Vehicle, ticketing, and crew information that powers participation, discovery, and coordination inside the app.
- Promotional Giveaway participation data when you enter host-run giveaways in the product: for example eligibility (such as spectator vs registered vehicle), entry or ticket identifiers, fuel-credit or mileage-point deductions when you choose to buy extra entries, winner status, and redemption or QR-related records needed to operate the drawing.
- Usage and device diagnostics that help improve performance, stability, and product decisions.
How We Use Information
- To help you discover automotive events, crews, and relevant community activity.
- To support RSVP flows, ticket management, crew planning, and event hosting tools.
- To operate role-specific features—for example event creation and Promotional Giveaway tools for hosts, vendor workflows for vendors, and sponsor placement or entry-slot features for sponsors, as presented in the app.
- To protect the platform, investigate abuse, and keep the experience trustworthy.
- To improve features, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important service updates.
Location and Event Context
- DriversCircle™ may use location while the app is in use to help you find nearby automotive events.
- Some event features may become less useful if location access is disabled on your device.
- Location permissions can be controlled in your device settings at any time.
Promotional Giveaways and host-run promotions
- Host-run Promotional Giveaways are operated using information the host configures and entries tied to eligible attendees. Hosts may see entrant or winner information needed to run the drawing and fulfill prizes.
- Prize fulfillment and disputes about a specific giveaway or prize are primarily between entrants and the host or sponsor; we process data as needed to provide the product features.
- Winner notifications, presence or redemption steps, and related logs may be processed to support the in-app experience described to you at the time you enter.
- Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their subsidiaries and affiliates are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for conducting or administering, any Promotional Giveaway offered through DriversCircle™.
Sharing and Service Providers
- We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, storage, or payment workflows.
- We may disclose information if required by law or when necessary to protect users, the platform, or our legal rights.
- We do not describe this site as a place where personal data is sold.
