Promotional Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules apply to all Promotional Giveaways offered through the DriversCircle™ app and website. Individual giveaways may include additional terms as stated on the event screen.

Sponsor and Administrator

  • Each Promotional Giveaway is organized and administered by the event host ("Host") who creates and configures the giveaway within the DriversCircle™ app.
  • DriversCircle™ (operated by Poker Games Interactive LLC, 5601 Ridgegrove Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89107) provides the technology platform used to facilitate Promotional Giveaways but does not itself sponsor or award prizes unless expressly stated.
  • Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates ("Platform Providers") are not sponsors of, have no responsibility for, and are not involved in conducting or administering any Promotional Giveaway offered through DriversCircle™.
  • Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding a Promotional Giveaway must be directed to the Host or to DriversCircle™ at support@driverscircleusa.com — not to Apple, Google, or any Platform Provider.

Eligibility

  • Promotional Giveaways are open to users who have a valid DriversCircle™ account and who meet the eligibility criteria set by the Host for the specific event (for example, spectator, registered vehicle, or both).
  • You must participate in the event in a manner that satisfies the eligibility shown for that giveaway (for example, RSVP or register a vehicle).
  • Promotional Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Participants are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

How to Enter

  • Eligible participants may receive an initial entry as described on the event screen within the app.
  • Additional entries may be available by spending in-app fuel credits (fuel / mileage points) as shown in the app; amounts and limits are set by the Host per event.
  • No purchase or payment is required to receive the initial entry where one is offered. Purchasing fuel credits or other in-app items does not guarantee winning.

Prizes

  • Prize lists, descriptions, sponsors, and estimated values are provided by the Host or prize sponsor and may change before the draw based on sponsor availability or event conditions.
  • DriversCircle™ does not guarantee the availability, quality, or value of any prize.
  • Prize fulfillment is the responsibility of the Host or prize sponsor. Questions about a specific prize are between you and the Host or sponsor.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners are selected according to the Host’s process as disclosed on the event screen.
  • You may need to be present at the event to claim a prize, or complete steps in the app such as redeeming a prize with a QR code.
  • If you do not claim a prize when and as required, it may be forfeited or offered to another entrant at the Host’s discretion.
  • Winners may be notified through the app, at the event, or by other means designated by the Host.

General Conditions

  • By entering a Promotional Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and the DriversCircle™ Terms of Service.
  • The Host reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Promotional Giveaway at any time and for any reason.
  • DriversCircle™ and the Host may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsporting or disruptive manner.
  • To the extent permitted by law, DriversCircle™, the Host, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, and Platform Providers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in any Promotional Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  • These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Release of Platform Providers

  • Each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in any Promotional Giveaway, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property.
  • This Promotional Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
